CityBot provides AI-powered virtual assistants that help users find publicly available information on participating client websites. CityBot does not represent client organizations and does not guarantee the accuracy of information retrieved from their sites.

You agree to use CityBot services only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the CityBot platform. CityBot may update or suspend services at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, software, and trademarks on CityBot.ca are the property of CityBot or its licensors. Client names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, CityBot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its website or assistants, even if CityBot has been advised of such possibilities.
6. Third-Party Links and Content
CityBot assistants may reference or link to external websites. CityBot is not responsible for the content, security, or accuracy of any third-party site.

Your use of CityBot.ca and its assistants is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
